Slides on NCUC response to GNSO Reform

Next steps are to develop a unified constituency response to the Board Gov. Committee WG questions, and then promote that among our colleagues in ALAC and among the ICANN powers that be. I would recommend circulating a paper at the Los Angeles ICANN meeting. You all will see a first draft from me soon.
