elections??? last call...

Dear people,

After a (fortunately brief) period in which there was some irritation in
the list regarding our elections (e.g, msg below from Danny), and after
I have managed to organize with CGI.br a voting system, trying to carry
our elections in January, there is literally zero response from NCUC
members (Danny included) regarding the process.

No one has formally presented her/himself as candidate (except for the
council member who has manifested interest in being re-elected, and I
have informed GNSO she will continue as interim until we manage to carry
out our elections), no comments or any help in this process except for
the preparation of the voters' list by Milton (thanks, Milton!).

Thus, after trying for a while, I will keep silent on this until NCUC
decides to finally carry out the voting process.
