Candidates for NCUC Chair

I'm sorry, I wouldn't have the time.  My ICANN 
"free" time is going to the nomcom again this 
year.

That we're having this discussion seems to 
indicate a problem with lack of membership to 
draw on for these important positions.  I think 
we need to make increasing NCUC membership a 
priority.  Meetings like those organized by the 
constituency in Sao Paulo (and Carlos suggests 
holding again in Lisbon) can help.   Not least, 
encourage anyone who speaks to enroll their 
organizations (if applicable. Carlos: can you 
chase those who spoke in Sao Paulo: Ronaldo 
Lemos, etc.)
