It is my pleasure to welcome Victoria McEvedy to NCUC and thank her for
volunteering to represent NCUC on the Working Groups for the new gTLD
policy, the Reserved Names and Protecting the Rights of Others WGs.

Victoria (cc'd here) is an IP Justice Volunteer Attorney and is licensed
in the UK, US, and New Zealand.  We are very happy that Victoria will be
working with us on the new gTLD policy.
