Great. That looks like a "nominated and accepted" motion to me. Let's
make sure there is time for other nominations should anyone care to make
one, and hold a vote. Carlos, can you shepherd things through the Exec
Committee?

Might make sense in efficiency terms to combine with a PAB vote.

I am on EC but non-voting, & have no authority to call a vote. But as
the secretary-who-was-obviously-hired- for-his-looks, I will keep track
of votes if you get the voting ball rolling.

Members should also feel free to convey to Karen and other nominees any
preferences, etc. as to how they think it should be done.
