I agree. Has info about NCUC and our application form been posted to the
Plenary or Internet Governance lists? I haven't followed either list for
ages, but it seems like that would be useful. Can someone post them?

Frankly, I keep hoping that we will use things like IGF to recruit 
other non-commercial orgs that are now interested in ICANN issues, 
even ICANN specific issues and areas we haven't traditionally covered.
