The 2nd round of voting for ICANN Board Seat #14 has come out with Rita Rodin the winner with 15 votes. Philip Sheppard received 11 votes, and there was one ballot that was lost. 14 votes are needed to win the seat, so Rita will take the board seat in Marrakesh.
