Our statement on gTLD

Compa Mawaki, it should be much simpler -- just make sure there is a
mention the statement is not absolute consensus in the constituency, but
a majority of NCUC agrees to it. No need to quote who is in doubt, who
feels it is incomplete or whatever, or the statement will get lost into
these unnecessary details. Sorry for not being clear on this.
