I'm stepping down because my workload does not 
allow me even the minimal time I'm putting into 
this and my professional work has drifted very 
far away from DNS generally.  I am happy to 
remain a member of the constituency and support 
its work, but I am not sufficiently up to speed 
to handle any substantive issues.

Frankly, someone else can do a better job, and 
the NCUC deserves a representative who can do their best job.
