gTLD meeting in DC

Dear Mawaki,

You are not alone, of course, in not being able to meet the deadlines.
We are all volunteers struggling to cope on several fronts at very short
notice. I tried to do it as an individual also (actually, with
reasonably good news from Brazil) but could not.
