Sure, Milton. All this is absolutely clear to me. Mr Morfin says he
wants to be a candidate if he is accepted -- did not specify to which
post. He will certainly have to understand the constituency makes
decisions on behalf of NCUC, not individual members.
I am very sorry I am part of the confusion as I could not vote on time
and participate more in this. But the objective fact is that I feel the
process had its problems and Jef has reasons to complain.
