bad news

I thought someone had made it clear that secondment from another constituency was NOT needed. So you can second, Mawaki. But it is also true that in annoucning the nomination, Glen did NOT note that a second was needed. I would ask Ross to second as a courtesy if you think you need it.

What we need now is to make sure that Geist is seconded. The message Glen sent to
the council informing that he accepted his nomination was not clear to me whether
this is pending secondment (Moreover, I used to think that nominees react to their
nomination publicly only after being seconded, but I was probably mistaken). If his
nomination is pending secondment, then what are the prospects that someone from
another constituency second? Is Avri still thinking about it? or shall we proceed
with NCUC "intra-secondment"?
