Dear Denise,

Thanks for the letter. I have already opened discussions on the issue 
with my fellow NCUCers on it. I still have to check to make sure we can 
meet on the 29th (this is probably the day most people will be arriving 
in Vancouver, most from very long trips) but will get back to as soon as 
I get some feedback from our colleagues.
