Milton:

My personal thanks and congratulations to you for completing two
terms as head of the Exec committee and generally managing the
administrative work that makes a functioning NCUC possible.  You took
over at a very difficult time, when the ability of the NCUC to
continue as a constituency was in doubt.  That the NCUC today is a
fully functioning and respected part of the ICANN process is due in
very large part to your tireless work.
