Fwd: [gnso-dow123] Regarding Whois TF recommendation on improving notice

Robin, Norbert and All -- 
Moments ago Jordyn Buchanan, Chair of the WHOIS TF, posted the following 
letter to the GNSO Council Chair asking him to -- 

a) Refer the Notice Recommendation back to the Task Force for further review 
or  
b) Delay adoption of the recommendation until the "full range of issues 
currently being considered by the task force" have been considered.   

It is a good letter (full text is attached).  Good luck again on Thursday!
