nominations open for NCUC offices.

Hello all,

We will need to elect new officers (two Council members, Chair, and
regional Exec comm representatives). Nominations are open.

We have been informed that Carlos Afonso will not run for
re-election as GNSO Council rep., and we also think that
Jisuk Woo will not either, though this has not been confirmed.

I know that she is out of the country at the moment, so I will
take advantage of her absence to nominate Robin Gross for
GNSO Council.
