elections now scheduled

ICANN central has agreed to handle the elections. You should receive a
ballot from them Thursday at the earliest, or Friday (or possibly early
Saturday for those in Asian time zones). Once the ballots go out, there
will be a week to vote. Look forward to your participation!

In the meantime, some kind of statement from the new candidates would
be appreciated.
