.net reassignment: NCUC position

The report of the .net subcommittee has been reviced (slightly) on the
basis of public comment. Now it up for another round of comments, and
for submissions by constituencies. So what do we think?

The report is not very long, esp. not if you skip the introductory
part (history) and the appendix, which gives the present .net
agreement.

Please, send any input (or agreement) to this list ASAP. Thank you.
