Couldn't ask for a nicer guide to New York that Chris.  Great guy.

But.  Why the goodbyes? He's joining another non-profit not Jones Day
(they couldn't afford him...), so we're looking at a new member.

Chris, please recruit your new org.

And good luck with the new job.
