Two travel grants still available for NCUCmembers

Yes, of course.

Erick, all of the money we are working with was
discussed openly by the EC and announced in the Dec. 7 
minutes. The money is allocated by the Executive Committee, 
which is based on regional representation. It should be a
cause for optimism that the NCUC can actually plan two or
three months in advance, don't you think? 

In discussing this issue the EC prioritizes the funding
in the following way:

Top priority: GNSO Council members
Second priority: EC and Task Force members
Third priority: members, esp. from unrepresented regions

In other words, if a person has been elected to a
position to represent NCUC they need to be at the meetings, 
and if they are working on some GNSO Task Force
they may also need to be at meetings. 

Iliya is working on additional guidelines and I encourage
members to provide him with any input.
