NCUC and the ICANN "WSIS WorkshopPlanningGroup"

I agree with Cadiz. After all, we will not be only in that group, and will of
course maintain our autonomy as NCUC. They cannot expel us if we disagree :)

Who would be willing/able to participate? I am not sure I will be able to
travel to Cape.
