Privacy law spreadsheet for TF2

I have been busy lately on WHOIS Task Force 2 collecting and compiling much
of the data in the attached spreadsheet (Excel format).  The spreadsheet
examines the countries in which ICANN registrars are located, and their privacy and
freedom of expression laws.  It also includes data from some of the country
code TLDs -- showing that in many cases, ccTLDs are removing personal data (and
also some organizational and corporate data) from the ccTLD WHOIS databases.

I think the data shows pretty clearly that ICANN contractual requirements to
collect and publish WHOIS data in full (name, address, phone, email) is badly
out of step with the protections provided by many countries.
