GNSO notification re: Gabriel Pineiro

Norbert,

Gabriel is OK but not yet past his serious troubles. He has had to find
work outside his country, is now back in Argentina and having to care for
family. He is at present seriously curtailed re frequent access to the
Internet which as you know now represents a rather extreme situation.

He is facing the storm with great dignity and communicating only
occasionally, with those he trusts or, as you, are genuinely worried.
