The GNSO Council is holding some kind of a teleconf Nov. 20.
I will take steps to get the Executive Committee members together
soon.

The NCUC election results for 3 GNSO Council representatives, Constituency
Chair and Executive committee have been counted by the voting system and
checked manually.

Congratulations as Constituency Chair! Thanks for all your hard work as NCUC
representative on the GNSO Council and for being always so prompt to meet
deadlines.

send the teleconference details to Marc Schneiders, Jisuk Woo and Carlos
Afonso.

There were 42 votes possible:

9 large orgs at 2 votes each - 18
24 small orgs at 1 vote each - 24

One ballot was not counted because it was not in the proper format, and,
since it wouldn't have made any material difference, no effort was made
to decode it by hand.  There was one request for a ballot to be sent to
an alternate address because it was claimed that wrong email address had
been used.  Strictly speaking, that ballot should not have been sent,
but it was anyway.
