Why was NCUC eliminated as a constituency on the new ICANN web site?

It is really insulting that Noncommercial Organizations, a constituency 
defined and recognized in the ICANN by-laws, and a full participant 
in the GNSO, is eliminated as a constituency on the new ICANN website. 
Every single constituency has its own link except ours. How are we 
supposed to interpret that?
