[ncdnhc-discuss] Update: Salzburg Seminar issues revised statement on ICANN Travel Project status

Non-Commercial members can be encouraged to apply in an open competition. 
Seems NCDNHC members are not obtaining any sort of assistance from now on 
from this project.
