This is the text of the Salzburg Seminar Letter

" The Salzburg Seminar regrets to announce termination of the ICANN Travel
Support Project. After due consideration we have decided to discontinue
the Project supporting the Non-Commercial Constituency. We appreciate the
difficulties this action will present for past and future participants
however we are unable to recommend alternative financial support at this time.

If we are again in a position to provide opportunities and sponsorship for
the very worthwhile activities that you represent on behalf of
non-commercial organizations you will be notified immediately.

Until then, on behalf of President Olin Robison and the ICANN Travel
Support Project staff, our very best wishes for your continued success.

Kevin Hurley
Krystal Sewell"

....

This is bad news.
