just for facts, alejandro, ICANN has a *long* history of not publishing
material critical of ICANN. the ur-example is the SBA letter that eric
menge announced at the MDR meeting in 1998. when i pestered dyson about
it, she claimed they hadn't posted it because ICANN didn't have the re-
sources to do so -- they didn't have a webmaster, she explained. later,
touton informed me that it had in fact been posted: as an MS Word docu-
ment unlinked on any other page on the site, so if you didn't have the
URL you wouldn't be able to find it. there are many other examples. it
would be too boring to delve into them.

you're on the board. you're responsible for this kind of tawdry rubbish.
you should be ashamed of your own and your colleagues' actions.
