[ncdnhc-discuss] No groundswell to raise wholesale price

I have received three expressions of interest from the consticuency to 
ask the NC to consider whether to re-examine (or recommend that the BoD 
re-examine)the current wholesale price for .org, .com, and .net.  I have 
heard from one person who emphatically asks that this issue NOT be raised.

Given that there is no interest by the broader consticuency to raise 
this issue, I will not raise it.
