Announcement of a new public comment forum on the deletes issue paper:
See <http://www.icann.org/dnso/gtld-deletions-issue-paper-16oct02.htm>
Comments from the constituency would be helpful. Final date for
public comment is November 5, so before then please.
There's a clear problem with the 15 day delete period following a
complaint about accuracy of WHOIS data (example, see John Berryhill's
note to the GA list questioning lack of definition of "inaccurate"
<http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc11/msg00822.html>.) 15 days
seems too short and is inconsistent with the time allowed under other
causes for deletion.
