[ncdnhc-discuss] Draft Agenda for Shanghai NCDNHC Meeting

Dear members,

There has been communication among old and new AdCom 
members regarding how to prepare this upcoming meeting
leaving 10 days ahead.

It turned out that the current AdCom members are unlikely to
make a trip to Shanghai except Eung Hwi(confirmation needed.) 

Therefore, Kathy and YJ volunteered to prepare the meeting 
as old AdCom members together with Eung Hwi, the current
member.

Seeking your understanding for short review on NCDNHC 
meeting agenda, your views and suggestions will be reflected.
