Alejandro, what is the reform committee's take on the Canadian Internet
Registry Authority elections?     Have you looked at their experience with
elections, and will the reform committee take a look at allowing say gTLD
domain holders (assuming ccTLDs are not part of the deal, but fine if they
are)  to vote to put people on the ICANN or DSNO board?
