that may be so, but that says nothing about the integrity of lynn
blokzijl's integrity, neulevel's integrity, or ICANN's integrity.
indeed, mr. blokzil need not personally participate in or know of
any impropriety for an impropriety to occur, AND neither need his
wife do so for an impropriety to occur. it regularly happens that
one or both parties' *colleagues* might 'do them a favor' without
them ever being party to or even aware of it. indeed, the test is
*not* whether an impropriety has occurred; instead, it is whether
one *could* occur. that's why so much attention is paid to the ap-
pearance* of conflict of interest, as i suspect you know.
