   Dave,     1. What is the current price of 3 votes on the DNSO NC?
                 2.  When does ICANN cut off the NCC voting privileges?
                 3.  How many fee waivers does ICANN hand out for:

                             a.  Particpation in SOs
                             b.  Submitting a TLD bid
