Interesting facts about the vote.

This was the most votes by far on a GA motion (b12  15-22 May 2002  586  218
37.2%  DNSO GA Vote on two motions about ICANN Reform).  The second highest
vote for a GA motion:  had been on a motion for DNSO reorganization (b09
22-29 Oct 2001  447  128  28.6%  DNSO GA Vote on Motion on DNSO
reorganisation).

This was the second highest turnout, and the highest turnout by far
following the creation of the GA.   The higest voter participation levels
recorded *after* the GA was created (51 percent rate for b01), were for the
rebid  (37.2 percent), followed by the vote on creating an Individuals
Constituency (29.8 percent).
