The new TLD evaluation is not a DNSO Task Force.
It is a Committee created by the ICANN CEO. 
I would encourage Adcom members or perhaps even
Jamie to do their homework and find out whether 
non-NC members can be appointed to that committee.
If Jamie can be appointed, I would support him 
for it.
