Yes, I agree it would be good for the constituency
to clarify its positions on restructuring.
Perhaps it is time to start preparing a resolution
for Bucharest.

My feeling is generally all the same as what you have just expressed.
Anyhow,DNSO constituencies and GA decided to submit our consensus input
regarding restructuring plan to the Board in next Bucharest meeting.
Given the last Board decision regarding .org divesture, in my eyes, it
seems to be another time wasting. I have already pointed out this to the
Names Council. However, I don't believe it unnecessary for our
constituency to clarify our positions regarding restructuring plan in this
process. Why are you asking such question to me? Do you have any other
suggestion?
