[ncdnhc-discuss] Org divestiture: not anewgTLD-typeprocess

An alternative approach would be to let the .org domain name holders vote
and choose the group to manage the TLD (among qualified sponoring
organizations). There is no problem registering the voters. One domain,
one vote. a couple of million people could vote.

There are nearly 100 people on this list and they may not
all appreciate the Socratic method.

So allow me to say that I don't think a system that is based upon the ICANN
board picking among the most beautiful is a very good system.

Is there an ICANN 201 course that needs to be taught?
