Dear Alejandro,

I am truly sorry for (as you see it) that unbalanced note of NCDNHC
meeting comments on Lynn's proposal because definitely you had also
commented many things in that meeting. But in my view, your accounts on
the general background information, analyses and key elements for Lynn's
plan seemed to be almost the same copy as Lynn's proposal. I simply wanted
to be more effective in describing the whole picture. Really apologize for
that!
