Hi to all

If necessary to put "on-line" (again) our website. Chun take the 
responsability to put on-line our website (www.ncdnhc.org) and coordinate 
with Dany Vandrome this.

In another way some people take the compromise to put the information in 
another languages. In German, Spanish, Urduk, Moldovan. (if someone want to 
help us, please contact with Chun).

I send more information in a next mail's (i just return to my house in lima).
