Chun was elected by this constituency, with the
most votes of any NC member. That is a more powerful
expression of confidence than any individual
opinion. 

Alejandro, you might want to explain why it is
acceptable for you to express your opinion 
but not acceptable for Chun to express a view
that clearly has the majority support of this
constituency. (You are, after all, an elected  representative, just as Chun is an elected NC member. 
Or had you forgotten?).
