RE
2. Ghana NCDNHC Meeting

- American Civil Society group requested to allow us to use the morning
session and meeting place of NCDNHC for their own at-large related
meeting.

- We accpeted their request because at the moment, our agenda for f2f
meeting is enough for the latter half of the day. The afternoon session
will start 14:00. The first half of the meeting will be presided by
Thierry and the latter half by the other.

Now, the meeting place is as follows:
Date: March 11, Monday
Place: La Palm Beach Hotel

Chun,
I understand the adcom had very little time to decide.
However, that is a good example of something that could have been
proposed to the NCDHC members. Some people might think that the
American Civil Society group should not take over the morning but meet
at another time and place.
I'm not sure we 'll have enough time 14-17 (there's a dot org alliance
at 17:00 that I'd like to attend) considering the agenda.
Also, I'm not sure I understand who will preside the meeting. Can you
clarify this.
Thanks
Manon
