Hey Guys:  This is not a good thing to leave these Names Council meetings 
entirely unguarded.  In the old days, we at least tried to have one NCC 
member attend the meetings and represent the views of others who had to miss 
it.  If we don't participate, we can't be heard.... Kathy Kleiman
