Jamie,

You like to ask lots of questions that have no obvious relevance or utility 
for any input or oversight to ICANN.  And you appear unaware of the fact 
that answering questions consumes resources.

So, given your tendency to ask many, detailed and irrelevant questions, 
here is the rule that needs to be satisfied before it is ever appropriate 
to respond to a query from you:

         You must explain why it is important that your question be answered.

         What ICANN problem or benefit does your question relate to?

         How will the answer be used?

         What ICANN change is contemplated, based on the answer?

If you are unwilling or unable to answer these questions, then it is not 
worth anyone's time to answer your own question.
