I am also paying ICANN, and here is some information might be useful:

a) Tell ICANN you are paying the NCC Membership, and name of the NCC member 
organization

b) If you pay by bank check:
Make check payable to Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.  
Send it to ICANN at: 
> Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) 
> 4676 Admiralty Way, Suite 330 
> Marina del Rey, CA 90292-6601 
> USA
>
