By biw, almost all developing countries have problems trying to pay for
the anual fee.

I would like to know if there is a simple way to pay the 25 dollars and
also ask to permit for voting to those members that can no pay for
different reasons.

We are non commercial and need this group alive and 25 USD is not enough
price to silent us.

Hope some answer from board and comments from members.
