"The Domain is going through migration"  Hah!  The timing is flawless. Just 
as the new bottom-up ICANN at Large website signup site cum Forum is 
announced (www.icannatlarge.com) and Kent Crispin is working on a competing 
top-down ICANN Forum, the ALSC site goes off the air.

Shows how important it is to have control over the discussion fora in 
independent hands.
