I thought it was posted after Feb 7, AdCom teleconference
and realized it has not been posted properly. The agenda
was agreed by AdCom during the teleconference attendees,
Dany, Miton and myself. 

As far as I remember, at that time, the specific time frame was 
not considered leaving it to 2002 AdCom members. 

Due to urgent coordination matter, this is provided here as draft 
Accra meeting agenda which you can give inputs.
