Adam:
I have the latest info. from ICANN about 
membership payment. My only source of confusion is
which organization Erick is representative of. 
It used to be "Revista Electronica de Derecho 
Informatico," but it may now be "INIA" or "EnRed."
REDI has not paid membership dues, but the latter
two have. If it is ENRED then I am confused because 
Raul is listed as representative for Enred. 

Perhaps Erick can clarify this.
