Alex,

As I understand it, this anonymous domain registration service establishes 
domainsbyproxy.com as the "Registrant and legal owner of each domain name" 
who may amend its agreement "at any time upon posting the amended terms on 
its website". 

This doesn't provide me with the comfort level that I seek, but I appreciate 
this step in the right direction.
